Saur probably need to do a little more to get a ride at the Tour. Although, they did finish higher than Footon who did ride the Tour this year. However, Footon have seriously increased their budget for 2011 and bought up some big names. I read an article recently which stated that the rule with running a team these days is "Get big or go home". I'm not sure where that leaves most of the French teams like Saur. Begging for table scraps from the big race organisers, I guess.
