13th place is not bad (specially because Delaplace is only 20 years old), but a win would have been nice (as usual), and would have really embarrassed the TdF organizers. Instead, they get the French "darling" and all is right with the world!

Results:
1 Thomas Voeckler (Bbox Bouygues Telecom) 5:53:15
13 Anthony Delaplace (Saur Sojasun) 0:00:16
46 Guillaume Levarlet (Saur Sojasun) 0:02:01
48 J?r?mie Galland (Saur Sojasun)
63 Jerome Coppel (Saur Sojasun)
