Check for date codes on components. The vintage Trek site has an awesome set up for date codes. Looks like a bottom end bike, I would expect tubing to be gas pipe. Many manufacturers "conveniently" forgot to label gas pipe frames. voir www.etuicoquesamsung.com & housse samsung galaxy j5

It seems that there is a different missalignment then the rear triangle being off center. What kind of frame is it? Does it have vertical drop outs or horzontals?
